Updating Product Details
The fields that you can edit depend upon whether the product is deployed.
Non-deployed Products
If the Product is not deployed (not included in an entitlement), you can edit the Product as follows:
>Draft: You can edit all fields including the associated Features and Memory. To select a different value from the Locking Type list, you must first remove all the associated features from the product. You can add them again after making your selection
>Completed: You can edit all fields except Product ID.
Deployed Products
If the Product is deployed (included in an entitlement), you can:
> Edit all fields except Product ID.
>Change the Locking Type to a more general type that includes HL as follows:

After you save your changes, you cannot revert to a narrower locking type definition. For example, you cannot change HL or SL (AdminMode or UserMode to HL or SL-AdminMode or HL.
When you change the locking type, you can also change the following settings:
•Allow Detaching and Virtual Machine license terms for a Feature. The options available depend on the original license terms.
•Clone Protection
•Rehost
You cannot modify any other setting. If you need more extensive changes, you can create a new or Modification Product.
Editing Product Details
You can edit an existing Product according to its deployment status.
To edit a Product:
1.Open the Products tab

2.Select a product from the left pane.
3.Click 
. The Edit Product dialog box opens.
4.Edit the fields as required.
5.Click Save.
