Changing Product Status

You can change the Product status as follows.

Marking a Product as Complete

Available only for Products with status Draft or End of Life. This changes the status of the Product to Complete so that it can be included in Entitlements.

To mark a Draft (or End of Life) Product as Complete:

1.Select the Product from the left pane.

2.Click and select Complete.

Marking a Product as End of Life (EOL)

Available only if the status of the Product is Complete. An EOL Product can no longer be included in an Entitlement.

To mark a Complete Product as EOL:

1.Select the Product from the left pane.

2.Click and select End of Life.
