Resending an Entitlement Certificate E-mail

You can resend an Entitlement certificate e-mail to the original recipients, or you can send the certificate to other recipients. This is available only for Product-key-type Entitlements with the following Entitlement statuses:

>Product Keys Generated

>Completed

>Acknowledged

To resend the certificate e-mail:

1.Navigate to the Entitlements pane (Entitlements > Entitlements).

2.In the left pane, select an Entitlement.

3.Click and select Resend E-mail. The Resend Entitlement Certificate Email dialog box opens.

4.Accept the default Contact E-mail or modify the e-mail addresses. You can enter up to five e-mail addresses, separated by comma or semicolon.

5.Click Send. The Entitlement certificate e-mail is sent to the specified recipients.
