Configuring Lookup Parameters
Lookup parameters are the unique object identifiers that are used to map objects in back-end systems with entities in Sentinel EMS. In other words, you can use the lookup parameters to search for back-end objects in Sentinel EMS.
For example, Sentinel EMS provides various unique identifiers for an entitlement, such as EID, Ref ID1, Ref ID2, and External ID. You can choose one of these identifiers to map to an order, according to your preference, let us say, Ref ID1. So, you will be able to use Ref ID 1 to uniquely search for an order in Sentinel EMS.
The following are the Sentinel EMS entities for which Sentinel Connect defines lookup parameters:
>Entitlement
>Channel Partner
>Customer
>Users
>Customer
>Product / Product Bundle
Steps
To configure lookup parameters:
1.Click Client Management in the left pane of Sentinel Connect to open the Client Management page.
2.Click the Lookup Parameters tab.
3.Select or clear the checkboxes (see List of Lookup Parameters) according to your business requirement.
4.Click Save.

Product and Product Bundle Lookup Considerations
The following points should be noted while using lookup parameters for products and product bundles:
>By default, the lookup is configured for Product. To use product bundle lookups, enable the required identifiers in the Product Bundle lookup parameters. If you want to use only product bundle lookups, clear all product lookup options and select only the required product bundle lookup type (for example, External ID).
>Cross-lookups are not supported. For example, using External ID for product lookup and Ref ID 1 for product bundle lookup is not supported. To ensure correct Sentinel EMS calls and successful product information retrieval, the same lookup type must be used for both products and product bundles.
