Release: 1.8 | March 2022

New Features and Enhancements

>Improved the performance of Sentinel Connect API by optimizing the search response time for all entities. 

> Added the batch processing capabilities that enable Sentinel Connect API to process multiple entitlement requests at a time.

>Added more validations on user name and client name that now allow up to 50 alphanumeric characters. The only allowed special characters are dash, underscore, dot, and space.

New Features and Enhancements

This release includes logging-related changes and security baseline implementation. The major highlights are:

>Changed the password policy for the Sentinel Connect portal. The password must contain a minimum of 10 characters with one capital letter, one small letter, at least one number, and one special character. 

>All the operations related to session management are logged. 

>All input and output validations are done on the server side. Any input validation failure results in input rejection.

>Added the following security headers in all API responses: HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), Referrer-Policy, HTTP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and Feature-Policy.

>Introduced a new role, Customer Admin, who can perform administration functions on the customer-side without any Thales intervention.
