Authorization (Auth) Tokens

NOTE   Relevant only for administrator users.

Auth tokens are authorization tokens generated using registration tokens to support token-based authorization.

Viewing Authorization Token Details

In the navigation pane, click Access Management > Auth Tokens to view the Auth Tokens page, which displays the following information for authorization tokens.

Column Name Description
Identifier The name that identifies the authorization (auth) token for ease of use.
FQDN FQDN stands for Fully Qualified Domain Name. It is the complete domain name of a specific computer or host, on the internet. The FQDN consists of two parts - the host name and the domain name.
System Username The name used to log in to the system.
Registration Token The registration token used to generate the authorization (auth) tokens.
Mac Address MAC Address stands for Media Access Control Address. It is a unique identifier that is used to track a device in a network.
Ref ID 1 Reference identifier that identifies the authorization (auth) token in an external system.
Ref ID 2 Reference identifier that identifies the authorization (auth) token in an external system.
Creation Date Date of creation of the authorization (auth) token.

Actions for Authorization Tokens

The following table lists the actions available for authorization tokens:

Edit button Edit

Updates the information of an existing authorization (auth) token.

Delete button Delete

Deletes an authorization (auth) token.
