sntl_admin_get Screen
Description
Retrieves administration
or monitoring information from a License Manager specified by
a License Manager context. Presents the information according
to customizable formats. The sntl_admin_get
screen contains the following fields:
Handle |
Select the relevant context handle from the Context list pane. |
Scope template |
Select a template that contains parameters for the Scope field. A template can be predefined or can be saved from an earlier session. An asterisk ("*") is displayed if you modify the scope after selecting the scope template. |
Scope |
Used to define the XML parameters that determine the scope of the search that the function will perform. For more information, see Scope XML Tags. |
Format template |
Select a template that contains parameters for the Format field. A template can be predefined or can be saved from an earlier session. An asterisk ("*") is displayed if you modify the format after selecting the format template. |
Format |
Used to define the XML parameters that specify the data that should be returned by the function. For more information, see Format XML Tags. |
Vendor Code |
If you are working online, this field displays an automatically generated list of Vendor Codes. Select the code that you require. If you are not working online, use the browse button to navigate to and select the required Vendor Code file. |
Output tabbed page |
Displays the information that the function retrieves. |
Select a Scope template and click Manage Templates to display the Scope Template Manager dialog box.
Select a Format template and click Manage Templates to display the Format Template Manager dialog box.
Click Save Template to open the Save Template dialog box. You can overwrite an existing template, or save a modified template with a new name.
Click OK to save, or Cancel to close the dialog box without saving.
Click Execute to transfer the function and field definitions to the Sentinel Admin API. After the function is executed, corresponding values are displayed in the status fields and the executed function call is logged in the API Call History.
