Enhancements in Version 10.21

SM-158350	Sentinel LDK License Manager now supports using a remote Developer key with Envelope.
SM-194563	Sentinel LDK License Manager now supports additional attributes in the license file, improving license readability through the custom_info tag.

Issues Resolved in Version 10.21

SM-192364	Incorrect product names appear in ACC when accessing remote licenses.
SM-197058	Station count-based concurrency does not work correctly with trusted storage when the client connects through Remote Desktop Connection.
