Enabling CRM Analytics Settings
After you have CRM Analytics enabled and administrator permissions set up, you must enable a few Analytics settings that are required to install Sentinel Pulse app.
To enable CRM Analytics settings:
1.Click on the gear icon on the top right.
2.Click Setup.
3.In the Quick Find box, type Analytics and click on it.
NOTE If the Analytics option is not visible, refresh the page once or twice as it may take some time for it to be visible on the setup page.
4.Click Settings.
5. Select the following settings:
•Enable Data Sync and Connections
•Enable Salesforce output connection
•Enable Conversational Exploration
•Enable dashboard saved views
•Enable CRM Analytics Watchlist
•Enable direct data for external data sources
•Open Salesforce records in new browser tabs
•Inherit sharing from Salesforce
•Allow recipes to use direct data
•Allow users to access Data Manager (Legacy)
NOTE Some of these settings might be enabled by default. Ignore the warnings for the check boxes.
6.Click Save.
