New Features and Enhancements

This release introduces the following new features:

CRM Analytics Embedded User License Support

Sentinel Pulse now supports the CRM Analytics Embedded User License, enabling administrators to provide app access to end users without requiring the full CRM Analytics Platform license. As a result, administrators can now assign the Thales-provisioned CRM Analytics Embedded User License to users directly from Salesforce setup. Users assigned with this license can access all Sentinel Pulse dashboards and features such as:

>Product engagement

>Entitlement summary

>Activation trend

>Activation trend with variants (if enabled)

>Account hierarchy filter

>Custom-built notifications page

NOTE   Users assigned the CRM Analytics Embedded User License cannot access the Account Mapping page. This page remains available only to Administrators or Operations users with the Platform license.

Salesforce Authentication Update

As of Salesforce Summer '26 update:

>All new Salesforce Output Connections for Sentinel Pulse now require OAuth authentication (Client ID and Client Secret) using an External Client App (ECA).

>Username and password-based authentication is deprecated.
