Sentinel Pulse User Guide

Sentinel Pulse is a native Salesforce app developed by Thales Software Monetization that visualizes data from the Sentinel Platform. The platform processes data from Sentinel EMS and produces a securely hosted Google BigQuery dataset. The Sentinel Pulse app retrieves this data via the Salesforce CRM Analytics BigQuery connector and visualizes entitlement, expiration, and activation data for Salesforce accounts on built-in dashboards. This enables Sales and Customer Success teams to gain visibility into customer behavior, helping to prevent churn, increase renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
