lspool - Maintains Redundant License Manager Pool
lspool is a redundant License Manager administration utility (command-line) for Windows and UNIX.
NOTE From Sentinel RMS v9.5 onwards, license hard limit up to 4,294,967,294 (infinite value) is supported. This is applicable for license version 20 and above. Further, this high value is applicable only when hard limit is used as a quantity. For versions prior to 9.5, the infinite value is 2,097,150.

Displays a list of lspool usage options. |
-a <license manager> <ip address> |
Adds the License Manager to the redundant License Manager pool. Specify the host name or IP address of the License Manager system. Modifies the redundant license file. NOTE On Windows, dynamic addition of License Manager in an existing redundant pool is not supported. |
-d <license manager> <ip address> |
Deletes the License Manager from the redundant License Manager pool. Specify the host name or IP address (optional) of the License Manager system. Modifies the redundant license file. NOTE On Windows, dynamic deletion of License Manager in an existing redundant pool is not supported. |
-l |
Displays the host name of the leader redundant License Manager. |
-p |
Displays the list of License Managers in the redundant License Manager pool. |
-g < feature> <version> |
Displays the license token distribution criteria for the specified feature/version. If the version is not specified, it must be replaced with empty quotation marks: " ". |
-L <event> <OFF|ON> |
Disables/enables logging for an event. The events you select will be logged into the License Manager trace log file (only if error logging is enabled, see Enable Tracing to learn more about the trace log levels).

>For options that are used to modify the redundant license file, you must have write access to the machine on which one of the redundant License Managers resides.
>You must set the LSFORCEHOST or LSHOST environment variable on your machine to point to the License Manager’s computer before using lspool.
>When making changes to the redundant License Manager pool as a whole (for example, when adding or deleting License Managers to the pool), for best performance we recommend you select the leader License Manager to make the changes to.
