How to Use Sentinel Up?

The Navigation Pane

The navigation pane, accessible across all Sentinel Up pages, facilitates easy access to mange product updates within the Sentinel Up user interface. The following table describes all the menu items that appear in the navigation pane:

Home Dashboard presents a comprehensive overview of various elements, including product updates received within the last 24 hours, the number of clients, client installations, and license expiration details.
Products List of the products for which you'll be creating updates for your customers.
Updates List of the latest product updates developed for a specific version, designed for your customers.
Messages List of notifications sent to inform customers about the availability of product updates.
Statistics

List the statistics based on the selected product and report type to provide a comprehensive overview.

API Builder Validates product update requests and helps to identify the exact cause of any unexpected errors.
