Logging In

You log in using your Sentinel LDK Cloud Portal credentials.

To log in:

1.Click the link in the email or enter the Sentinel LDK Cloud Portal URL in the address bar of a web browser and press Enter. (The login URL is comprised of <URL>/admin/login.) The login page opens.

2.Enter your user name and password.

3. Click Log In.

We recommend that you change your password after you log in for the first time. We also recommend that you verify your email address so that you can use Forgot Password to reset your password if needed.

Forgot Password?

You can reset your password using the Forgot Password? option available on the login page.

To reset your password:

1.On the login page, click Forgot Password?

2.Enter the email address that was specified in the welcome email.

3. Click Reset Password. A new password will be sent to you through email.

Change Password

After logging in to Sentinel LDK Cloud Portal, you can change your password.

To change your password:

1.Log in to the customer portal with your email address and password.

2.At the top-right corner of the page, click your profile name and select Change Password.

3.In the Old Password box, enter your current password.

4.In the New Password box, enter your new password.

NOTE   Passwords are case sensitive and must meet the following criteria:

>Must be between 8 to 30 characters

>Must have at least one lowercase character (a-z)

>Must have at least one uppercase character (A-Z)

>Must have at least one number (0-9) or special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) , . _ - + =)

5.In the Confirm Password box, enter your new password again.

6.Click Change Password.

Change Email Address

After logging in to Sentinel LDK Cloud Portal, you can set your email address. This enables you to use Forgot Password? if you ever forget your password or need to reset your password without logging in.

To change your email address:

1.Log in to the customer portal.

2.At the top-right corner of the page, click your profile name and select Change Email.

3.In the Change Email screen that opens, enter your email address and click Change Email. Your email address is saved for future use.
