Reports

Sentinel LDK-EMS enables you to produce reports with valuable business information based on data in the Sentinel LDK-EMS database. With this, managers can obtain data for analyzing how their software is used and the purchasing preferences of customers. This information can also be leveraged to maximize revenues from license renewals, to up-sell existing customers, and to turn trial users into buyers.

Available Reports

Entitlement Reports
Customer Entitlement Report

Lists all generated Entitlements per Customer sorted by date.
Customer Activation Report

>Start Date

>End Date

>Customer Name

>Output Format (HTML, PDF, XLS, RTF, CSV)

Lists the Product activations per Customer, sorted by date. Includes the total number of activations per Customer and the Products each Customer activated.

Displays a pie chart if supported by the output format.

Total Entitlement Utilization

>Product (Enter the complete product name)

>Customer Name

>Output Format (HTML, PDF, XLS, RTF, CSV)

Displays a per-Product report for the total number of activations in the entitlement, the total quantity activated, and the total remaining activations.

License Reports
License Expiration Report

>Days Before Expiration

> Customer Name

> Output Format (HTML, PDF, XLS, RTF, CSV)

Lists the licenses that are due to expire within the specified number of days, starting from today, sorted by Entitlement ID (EID).

Most Popular Products Ordered

>Start Date

>End Date

>Partner Name

Lists all Products sorted by quantity ordered.

Displays a bar chart if supported by the output format.

Audit Log Reports
Audit Log Report

>Start Date

> End Date

> Entity Name (Product, Feature, Entitlement, Customer, All)

> Output Format (HTML, PDF, XLS, RTF, CSV)

Displays details of the operations performed for the specified entity within the specified date range.

>Operation: The type of operation performed, such as, create, update, and delete.

>Operation By: The user who performed the task.

>Operation Date: The date and time when the task was performed.

>Entity Description: The entity name.

>Client IP: The IP address of the machine on which the operation was performed.

>Remarks: Additional information, such as, whether the Product is a Modification Product or a Cancellation Product.

Custom Reports
If custom reports are defined, they are displayed below the predefined, out-of-the-box reports.

To generate a report:

1.Select ReportsReports.

2.In the left pane, select a report to generate.

3.In the right pane, enter the input parameters and select the Output Format.

4.Click Generate Report. The report is generated in the specified output format.
