What Is a Project?
A project contains all of the program files that you want to protect for a given application. Each program file is an executable or library (named referred to "assemblies" in .NET terminology).Each program file can be a native Windows application, a DLL, or a .NET assembly.
When you create a new project or open an existing project in Sentinel Envelope, the settings for all of the program files in the project are available for review or modification in the Sentinel Envelope window. You can work on and protect each program file individually. You can also modify any of the Project Protection settings and then apply the modified settings to all of the program files in the project in a single operation.
