Usage Data-based License Models in Sentinel EMS

SCL Add-on provides the capabilities that are essential for offering usage data-based license models—the ability to meter license software's usage. You can use the following Sentinel EMS license models (templates) to obtain usage:

NOTE   The Sentinel Cloud Licensing (SCL) Add-on package is required to support usage data.

Sentinel EMS License Model (Templates)	Deployment Mode Support
Flexible License Model Use the Flexible License Model in Sentinel EMS to create entitlements with usage data support. The remaining license models (such as Commuter, Network Node-locked, and so on) for the On-premises mode currently do not allow usage data support.
Connected License Model Use the Connected License Model in Sentinel EMS to create entitlements with usage data support.	Connected mode
